At thin places, where the space between the worlds is gossamer like, at the borders between the elements, the boundaries of time and space and sacred places, the energy flow between the worlds can be sensed. These are liminal places where it’s possible to access both worlds, to sense beyond the everyday and experience the Otherworld. This is nothing new, as nothing in this website is new; it’s all a rediscovering, a remembering of things we once knew – as  Shakespeare put it, "There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy". Whether we label the world of energy as Heaven, the Otherworld, Quantum Reality or Asgard, it’s embedded in our mythology and our psyches, and liminal places are where the gap can be bridged.
